RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You have the right to a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. After receiving the package, we will check the condition of the goods.

The condition for return or exchange is that the products must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging with proof of purchase (receipt for faster verification).

You can also exchange the product for a different size if the one you have chosen does not fit you. The shipment with the replaced product will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE. Just send us the package and we will send you the correct size for free. You pay nothing extra!

To return or exchange products purchased at booci.pl, please complete the form and attach it to the shipment, regardless of the method of return or exchange of goods chosen.

The refund time depends on the payment method and may range from 6 to 14 days.

The method of refund depends on the method of payment:

• if you paid for the shoes via Przelewy24, paynow, you will receive a refund using the same payment method.
• if you paid for the shoes by cash on delivery, you will receive a refund to the account number provided in the return form.

The cost of returning the purchased goods is borne by the customer.
